Bao Hongyuan company was founded in 1994,. At that time, it was a small processing workshop only possessing two lathes. Through strenuous efforts and rolling, till 1997 it developed into a small company with lathes, presses, shears, welding machines and other over 20 equipment. After nearly 4 years of development, Tianjin Bao Hongyuan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was finally officially established in 2001 and moved to Baodi Economic Development Zone, with two machine workshop and a welding workshop. In order to meet requirement of customer increase and business expansion the company expanded the factory district in 2003, occupying an area of 25,000 square meters. Till 2009 it has developed in to an enterprise with 300 employees and workshops of machining, CNC, boring, welding, sheet metal, stamping, surface treatment and painting.
     In early 2009, in order to meet the evolving requirements, our company purchased a nearly 50,000 square meters land in Baodi Economic Development Zone to invest and construct a new factory district which was officially launched in 2010. It also added more than 10 advanced equipments including a large-scale laser cutting machine, plate bending machines, CNC punch press, plano milling and boring machine, floor-type milling and boring machine, deep-hole grinder and large diameter cylindrical grinding machines. It also purchased a new three- coordinates measuring machine. It has over 300 staff and set up7 workshops of CNC, machining, welding, sheet metal, stamping, cutting, surface treatment.       The new factory district is located in Baodi Economic Development Zone,and only 2 km away from Jing-Shen highway, 80 km away from Tianjin Airport, 120 kilometers away from Tianjin Port. It is convenient for cargo transportation and personnel exchanges and can reach full speed all through the way.    
      Now the company has more than 300 employees, with senior management, senior engineers, technicians of all trades and a skilled team of technicians, together with a variety of processing equipments, which ensure the company's strong technical force and strong comprehensive processing capacity.   
      The company has passesd Det Norske Veritas DNV ISO9001-2000 international quality management system certification in 2005.    
      Bao Hongyuan company's leading products are ship outfitting and engineering machinery accessories. The ship outfitting includes pulleys, pulley frame assembly, hatch wheel assembly, wheel assembly, gear box, gear hand, and the supporting ball bearings, all kinds of blinds, fairleads, anchors, etc. The major customers of engineering machinery accessories include Caterpillar Asia Real Track Corporation (chain link, pin, track shoes, etc.), Sumitomo Corporation of Japan (gear shafts, gear blanks, and Taiwan), American mighty, Inc. (construction equipment chassis), Germany Zhuolun ferry company (reducer brackets and accessories). Other metal products: steel rolling conveyor rollers, hydraulic flanges, diamond body, fuel pump stand, bearing steel and machining and other products. The company has complete testing equipments, including steel and UP with MT PT NDT equipment and coordinate testing equipment which ensure reliable product quality.
